My brother and I were executors for our late mothers Last Will and Testament (LWT) and when she passed away earlier this year we went along to the Solicitor where my mother’s LWT was being held, unfortunately at the first meeting they were not very helpful and they made things seem very complicated and we were not very happy with the service we received. Because of this we decided to look for an alternative solicitor to deal with the Administration of our mothers LWT. Through his church my brother had met with Rebecca Bristow (Beccy) and Rebecca Weare of Start Point Law, a company that started business in Kingsbridge in 2017 and specialise in Life Time Planning, Disputes and Estate Administration & Probate. They have lived and worked in the South Devon for over 14 years and work to support the local community.
From our very first meeting with Beccy we knew we had found the right person to deal with our requirement, Beccy explained everything to us in plain English and assured us that she would deal with everything, all we had to do is provide her the key information requested. We were given a fixed fee to carry out the work involved in applying for Probate and Administering the Estate and true to her word Beccy dealt with everything.
